Sat/Sun May 6 &7 - Shotley Gate , Chelmondiston, Suffolk

 Living history in support of the Shotley Pier heritage appeal. The 44th are garrisoning Shotley Gate to guard the French POWs who are incarcerated in the prison hulks off-shore in the River Orwell and Stour estuaries.

Sat/Sun/Mon (BH) May 27-29 - The Invasion of Kent

 Hole Park, Ashford, Kent - NA  International Event.

 Largest  Napoleonic Living History and Battle weekend planned in the UK for 2017.

Sat/Sun June 3&4 - Tilbury Fort

The 44th in recruitment and training camp before returning to service overseas.  Living History and Drill weekend

June  17-18 - Ciudad Rodrigo, Spain

International Re-enactment of the Siege  of 1812

Fri/Sat/Sun June 30/July  1 & 2 Chalk Valley Living history Festival

Chalk Valley, Dorset  - Multi-period event - Displays,  Lectures, Demonstrations and Re-enactments.

Living history encampment (TBC)

Sat/Sun August  12/13 - Weedon Ordnance Depot, Northants.

Living History  in support of the heritage open days at the Depot. One of the few remaining original

 “Napoleonic” military sites in the Country. Built in response to Napoleon’s threatened invasion.

Sat/Sun/Mon August 26-28 (BH) - Military Odyssey - Detling, Kent.

One of the largest Multi-period Living history and Battle displays events in the UK. Multi-period Living History and

Re-enactment event.

Sat/Sun September 21-24 - Stamford, Lincolnshire
